The Mangy Moose has been one of Jackson Hole’s favorite venues for celebrations since 1967. We are the valley’s best representation of Jackson Hole ambiance and a festive venue for birthday parties, anniversaries, wedding rehearsal dinners/receptions, and corporate events.
Our flexibility begins with the number of guests we can accommodate. The Mangy Moose Restaurant Dining Room can seat 300 people and our adjacent Saloon with band stage can accommodate parties of up to 475 people. In the summer season, our outside deck accommodates 90 people. The Mangy Moose building is available for buyouts in full or partial sections. We can scale our pricing to fit your budget and are able to create menus that incorporate your vision. Your group at the Moose will have a unique, fun and memorable party. The Mangy Moose is the perfect venue for your event.

Testimonial from Jessica Weeman, Development Director with the JH Wildlife Film Festival: Working with the Mangy Moose Restaurant & Saloon in planning for one of the JH Wildlife Film Festival’s biggest events this past October (2011) was wonderful. The party was sponsored by National Geographic and had over 450 attendees, and the Moose staff handled the event like pros. The food was fantastic, the staff was attentive and proactive, and management was exceptional and ready for anything. Despite an early arrival by 100 of the guests, the Moose staff transitioned the party perfectly. It was the highlight of every Festival delegates experience in Jackson Hole. National Geographic was thrilled and plans to have their next Festival event at the Moose in 2013! Thanks to everyone involved at the Mangy Moose for making this party a success!
